MARTIN A. KASCAVAGE, ESQUIRE
Mr. Kascavage is a partner in the Philadelphia firm of Schoener
& Kascavage, P.C. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania
Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Immigration Bar, the
United States Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and
the Third Circuit Court of Appeals Bar. Mr. Kascavage received his
Juris Doctor from Widener University and his Bachelor of Arts from
Temple University. He was awarded the Simon F. Rifkin Award for
Excellence in Trial Advocacy. He has spoken at seminars and written
for the Pennsylvania Bar Association on immigration topics. Mr.
Kascavage is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association
and has served as chair on various liaison committees with the Immigration
and Naturalization Service and Executive Office for Immigration
Review.
Mr. Kascavage has handled cases involving all aspects of immigration
law, including assisting companies and individuals obtain permanent
residency through job offers, assisting businesses in the temporary
placement of skilled professionals, assisting families in obtaining
family based visas, defending individuals through all stages of
removal and deportation proceedings, applying for asylum, and obtaining
United States citizenship. Mr. Kascavage has also represented businesses
in employer sanctions cases and advised foreign nationals with criminal
issues. Mr. Kascavage also practices law in the areas of real estate,
bankruptcy and other civil matters.
