JANE M. SCHOENER
Jane
M. Schoener has been practicing immigration and nationality law
since 1985. She concentrates on employment based immigration representing
corporations and individual's on a variety of immigration issues
before the Immigration and Naturalization Service, U.S. Department
of Labor and U.S. Department of State. She was born in Reading Pennsylvania
on March 11, 1958. She attended Widener University where she graduated
with a degree in Political Science/Economics, summa cum laude in
1980. She was active in intercollegiate athletics receiving the
scholar-athlete award upon graduation. She went on to the Delaware
Law School of Widener University where she received her J.D in 1983.
Looking for an area of law which combines attributes of community
service together with complex legal proceedings, she established
the firm in 1987 in an effort to assist the immigrant community
to understand the complex web of immigration laws and regulations.
She has maintained her commitment to community service by the firms
commitment to representation of indigent clients whenever possible.
She has broadened the scope of the practice to assist corporations
in hiring foreign nationals and transferring personnel from abroad.
Her interests include reading, travel, sports and "Max"
the dog pictured above.
